Hickey Bloomsburg University Since the early 1990s, I have done about 75 book reviews (for Russian Review, Slavic Review, and other publications) on books about Russian revolutionary parties and politics, on local history in late Imperial and Soviet Russia, and on Russian-Jewish history.
