Bio: Dale Smith is Professor and Chair of the Department of Global Studies at UNC Charlotte. Before moving to Charlotte, he was the Paul Piccard Professor of Political Science at Florida State University. He received a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
