Dongwang Liu The University of Iowa I serve as the associate director of Center for Asian and Pacific Studies at the University of Iowa managing the day-to-day business of the Center. I teach courses on families studies and Asian history as an adjunct assistant professor. I coordinate conferences, teacher's workshops, and symposiums related to East Asian studies. Bio: I earned my Ph. D in 2015 from Iowa State University in the human development and family studies. I started as an assistant director at the UI Center for Asian and Pacific Studies in 2001. I have been running the center since then while teaching as adjunct in anthropology, sociology, and history. |
