Bio: W. Stuart McDowell (Director) came to Wright State two decades ago, after two decades in professional theatre in New York and California, working as director, playwright, translator, actor and composer. As the founding artistic director of the Riverside Shakespeare Company of New York City, Stu produced some forty professional productions of Shakespeare, Commedia Del’Arte, and original scripts, and since coming to Wright State, he's artistic directed an additional 160 or so musicals and plays. Les Misérables is Stu’s 20th work as director at Wright State. |
