Bio: Carlos Sanz Díaz, Ph.D. in History, assistant at the Department of Modern History, Complutense University of Madrid. His research focuses on the history of Spanish-Germans relations in the 20th century and on the history of Spanish foreign migration in the second half of the 20th century. He has worked as an invited researcher at the University of Bonn, the Free University of Berlin and the Zentrum für Zeithistorische Forschungen in Potsdam.
