Bio: Anne Lombard is an Associate Professor of History at California State University San Marcos. She is the author of Making Manhood: Growing Up Male in Colonial New England (2003) and a co-author, with Richard Middleton, of Colonial America: A History to 1763 (forthcoming). Her current research is on male violence and rioting in late eighteenth century North America. |
