Bio: - 2002 - present: assitant teacher of German and Comparative Literature. Preparation of a doctoral thesis about landscapes of ruins - perception and reception of the antique in the 18th century. Advisor: Prof. Dr. Norbert Miller, Technische Universität Berlin. - 2001: Magister Artium degree in German Literature; thesis on Travelwriting in 18th and early 19th century - 1993-2001: Student of German Literature and History of Art Articles: - Ein Lorbeerzweig für Friedrich den Großen. Wilhelmine von Bayreuth am Grab von Vergil (1755). Vortrag anläßlich der Tagung „Preußen in Italien - Italien in Preußen“ der Winckelmann-Gesellschaft Stendhal in Potsdam im Oktober 2002.(Veröffentlichung 2004) - Fürst Pückler-Muskau und der Orient. Vortrag anläßlich der internationalen Tagung „Reisen in den Orient vom 13. bis zum 19.
