Bio: I am the curator of the Smith Museum of Stained Glass, opened February 2000, Navy Pier, Chicago. Other responsibilities include advising churches and synagogues on preservation and restoration of interior configurations, decoration and windows; Adjunct Associate Professor of Art History, School of the Art Institute of Chicago(since 1994) teaching courses in the history of the decorative arts and the historic preservation program. I'm on the Board of Directors of LPCI, Friends of the Windows, Office of Divine Worship, Center for Religious Architecture. Voting member of Public Art Commission. Chair of the Chicago-Hamburg Sister City Committee. I have also been the administrative director, Mies van der Rohe Centennial Project, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, 1984 - 1986; curator, the Newberry Library Centennial Exhibitions, 1986 – 1988.
