Bio: Earned an MA in history from SUNY Albany, and a Ph.D. in history from Ohio University/Contemporary History Institute. Author of "It's Only a Movie: Films and Critics in American Culture," and the forthcoming, "The Heroic Age of Moviegoing: New York City Movie Culture, 1945-1974," both published by University Press of Kentucky. I teach US history courses including intellectual, cultural, and political. Present on film and history, and American cultural critics. |
