Bio: A.B. Adams State College, Alamosa, Colorado 1963 M.A. University of Kentucky, Lexington, 1965 Ph.D. University of Kentucky, Lexington, 1968 I have published numerous book reviews and several articles. I manage a history program in the Bureau of Reclamation, a Federal bureau within the Department of the Interior. This includes contracts for history studies and management of summer hires who are usually graduate students. |
