Bio: 20 years as historical analyst at Salt River Project - one of the first federal reclamation projects. M.A. History - ASU - thesis topic was the Pima Indians, Water Rights and the Federal Government. Presented papers at the WHA on Indian water rights and Reclamation. Presented at the Arizona History Convention, Arizona Water Law and Arizona Hydrology symposiums on water related research. Currently serves on the Arizona History Convention Board and the Arizona Historical Society state and chapter boards. Published article in Western Legal History and chapter in Fluid Arguments. |
