Bio: Historian and Museologist, he has studied history sciences (with focus on medieval, modern and contemporary history), classical archaeology, prehistory and museology. Today he works as curator and head of the documentation and collection department at the Historical Center Hagen, Germany. - Magister Artium in history sciences with a biographical study on the former gau leader of South-Westphalia and "Reichsamtsleiter" in the "Partei-Kanzlei", Albert Hoffmann. - Ph.D. in history with a study on "Homefront" and post-war era in the Ruhr area, 1943-1955. Since 1993 activities in the Internet, he is full member of Virtual Library Network (founded by Tim Berners-Lee at CERN) and maintainer of the German section of Virtual Library Museums (International Council of Museums, Paris), and maintainer of the Contemporary History section of the Virtual Library History (Friedrich Alexander-University, Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany / University of Kansas, USA).
