Bio: I have a a Masters in Church History from Harvard Divinity School and a doctorate in English from Oxford. I have published many articles and chapters on antebellum print culture and literary history in journals such as Prospects, Early American Literature, Book History, and the Proceedings of the American Antiquarian Society. I am a contributor to the History of the Book in America project. I routinely teach early American and African American literature and have held full-time positions, now, at three schools. |
